New Customer Portal Launching September 1, 2026
Medical Environmental Technologies, LLC (MET) is upgrading to OCTOPUS, our new customer management system for medical waste and paper shredding services.
You Can Register Now
Customers do not need to wait until September 1, 2026, to create an account. You may begin registering for the new Customer Portal now so your access is ready before the system officially launches.
The new Customer Portal will make it easier to manage your account, payments, service information, training, and disposal records.
Through the Customer Portal, you can:
- Add a valid credit card to your account
- Enroll in or update Auto Pay
- View and pay invoices
- View and download disposal manifests
- Review upcoming service dates
- Track your driver’s GPS location on your scheduled service date
- Update and manage your account information
Important Payment Setup
Please add a valid credit card to your account when completing your registration. Keeping a card on file will help prevent billing delays and make it easier to enroll in Auto Pay and manage future payments. All existing disposal manifests will be transferred to the new portal, so your historical records will remain available.
Register Now for Portal Access
- Go to the Customer Portal by clicking the Portal Login button below
- Select New User Registration
- Complete the registration form using your business contact information
- Add a valid credit card and enroll in Auto Pay, if applicable
After your registration is submitted, our team will review and approve your request. You will receive an email once your portal access is ready.
